System Workspace (“we”, “us”) is a workshop operations platform provided by Afriforge. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the website and product, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account details such as name, email, phone, workshop name, and login credentials. Operational data you enter in the product, including customers, vehicles, job cards, inventory, invoices, and staff records. Technical data such as browser type, device, and approximate location needed to keep the service secure.
How we use information
We use this information to operate System Workspace, provide support, send service notices, improve the product, and meet legal or accounting requirements. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We may share data with infrastructure providers who host the application, with your own staff according to the roles you assign, and when required by law. Payment processors receive only what is needed to complete a transaction.
Retention and security
We keep account and operational records for as long as your workshop uses the product and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. Access is role-based and connections are encrypted in transit.
Your choices
